Point View is located at 6 Percy Street, Gracetown. Percy Street is a quiet cul de sac situated directly opposite the Bay as you approach South Point.

The block was purchased in 1963 and the original house was one of the first "Beach Houses" in Gracetown. This was the getaway from the farm. The property still remains in the family and has recently been redeveloped  to meet today's needs. We recognise the beauty of Cowaramup Bay and the uniqueness of Gracetown and  love to share it with visitors.

Gracetown is a small community that has been built up around the picturesque Cowaramup Bay. It is situated just 12kms west off Bussell Highway, between Busselton and Margaret River. It is the perfect base from which to explore the Cape to Cape Region.
